**Location**: Warrington/Runcorn

**Salary**: £75-110 PD (Holiday Pay included)

**Schedule**: Mon-Fri 8:30-3:30 PM

**Temp-Perm Full Time**

You will be working with children who require full support as it is likely that you will come across some behaviour that you might find challenging, so it is required that you are calm and patient in your approach as well as being resilient and professional. The school requires you to be dedicated and committed to working with their students to reach maximum potential

**Duties**:

- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to school students, plan lessons according to the schools syllabus
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop curriculum and instructional materials
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and any concerns
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills
- Ensure safeguarding standards and practices are met

**Qualities Required**:

- Strong instructional strategies for students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and create a positive learning environment
- Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in working with diverse student populations
- Proficiency in using technology for instruction and classroom management

**Salary**: £75.00-£110.00 per day

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Cover Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Special education: 1 year (preferred)
