Finance Analyst

As a Finance Analyst you will be joining a fast growth SME who have created this new role to support their Finance and operations team to make informed decisions about current and future product lines.

**Description**

Job duties for the Finance Analyst include:

- Preparation and development of KPIs.
- Support Operations team in the development of management information reporting.
- Stock accounting including yield analysis and waste reporting.
- Preparation and analysis of manufacturing variances - labour and materials.
- Assist with product costings and post-launch evaluation.
- Provide cover for other roles within the finance team.
- Ad hoc analysis and reporting as required.
- Truly understand Operations processes and procedures to analyse and suggest improvement

**Profile**
- Have experience within either a commercial, financial or accounting role
- Be confident in creating and analysing excel reports
- Be able to work to extract data and explain variances
- Be an effective communicator
- Be curious and want to know why

**Job Offer**

The successful Finance Analyst will:

- Be Based in South Wales, Caerphilly
- Received £28,000-35,000 DOE
