A new exciting permanent role has arisen from a top UK law firm who are seeking a Legal Secretary to join them in London.

economic goals with profits. With expertise in media litigation and charity legacy issues, they manage the most high-profile, complex, and expensive conflicts in the not-for-profit sector.**Your New Role**:
The Dispute Resolution team is extremely friendly and welcoming and has an excellent retention rate. You will assist fee-earners and senior secretaries with a diverse range of tasks that provide a breadth of experience, duties will include:

- Manage documentation for fee-earners including bundling, dictation, filings and formatting.
- Managing financial transactions and requests for clients including billings and notices.
- Ensuring correct compliance with fee-earners on matters including new client on-boarding.
- Complete a capacity schedule for the department weekly and circulating this to the team.
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when required.

**About You**:

- CILEX minimum Level 3 completed qualification is essential.
- Previous Legal Secretary experience, commercial litigation ideal but not essential.
- Active interest in learning and is friendly, personable, and approachable.
