I am working with a fantastic luxury company who are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join them in an exciting period of growth for the company. The Digital Marketing manager will have direct reports as well as managing external agency relationshipsand report into the Marketing Director. This is a Hybrid working role with a great deal of flexibility.

This hands-on role requires daily performance monitoring and optimisation to ensure that aggressive business goals are met. As such, you will be highly analytical and provide leadership and support to your team and key stakeholders within the business suchas commercial, Operations and Finance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead website developments, planning, managing and implementing of changes.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing activities against agreed KPIs and make recommendations to stakeholders in-line with business objectives and priorities.
- Work closely with the Marketing Director to evolve digital measurement and reporting towards a more sophisticated, accurate understanding of intra and cross-channel performance e.g. paths to conversion and multi-touch-attribution.
- Work closely with the wider Marketing team to support and deliver brand awareness and brand perception objectives.
- Identify trends and insights from data and measurement frameworks and use those to inform performance and budget optimisation on a continual basis.
- Drive digital marketing innovation, agile ways-of-working and a culture of continual test-and-learn/improvement across the department.

**Experience**:

- Ability to plan and manage channel and/or campaign budgets within the wider marketing budget.
- Strong agency management skills to ensure that we maximise agency investment.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with all key business departments.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in digital marketing across a wide range of acquisition channels.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Background in Luxury, hospitality or health is a bonus
