FT, Monday to Friday, 6am - 3pm

A maintenance supervisor is required for Hunters’ successful manufacturing client.

Do you enjoy maintaining machinery, ideally CNC machines? Are you skilled in looking after a small friendly team, planning/organising the weekly work?

**Maintenance Supervisor - duties**
- Supervise site facilities & machine maintenance team (team of 4)
- Proactively identify and report improvement opportunities.
- Day to day planning of scheduled maintenance work.
- Monitor health & safety activities
- Manage spare parts inventory
- Supervise individual developments of the team

**Maintenance Supervisor - the fit**
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Would love you to come from an electrical or CNC maintenance background
- Planning experience
- Motivate and manage people
- Great communications skills to all levels
