**Job Title**: Skilled Roofer

**Job Location**: Newcastle/Gateshead

**Core hours**:
**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £11 - £30 per hour depending on experience

**The Role**:
This role will be working all over Gateshead, perform works on commercial and residential buildings. Company van will be provided.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Working mainly on flat roofs
- Installs and repairs all types of roofs.
- Perform roof maintenance, repair, and replacement (re-roof)
- Work with a variety of roof systems, materials, equipment, tools, and construction processes
- Performs work on commercial and residential buildings.
- Must communicate well and be able to work alone and part of a team.
- Ensure safety standards are prioritized and always performed.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a valid Driving License
- Must have Roofer experience.
- Experience with using various hand and power tools.
- General construction related experience.

**Salary**: £11.00-£30.00 per hour
