**Are you Level 4 qualified but don't have any experience Advising clients yet?**

**Perhaps you have started your Level 4 but haven't finished all of your exams yet.**

Well, we now have an opportunity to join our team as an Associate Advisor. This role will support you not only to complete your Financial Planning exams, but will give you the opportunity to work closely with one of our experienced Advisers and "learn on the job". Setting you up for real success when you reach the point that you are ready to go it alone and Advise your own clients.

**Requirements**:
We are looking for individuals with the drive, ambition and entrepreneurial spirit it takes to become a successful Wealth Adviser. We can offer lots of guidance and support but ultimately your grit and determination is what will see you build a successful career in Wealth Advice.

You will have a strong motivation to develop your business, natural interest, and understanding of developments in private wealth and investment management.

We have extensive experience in developing individuals from other roles and transitioning them into business owners of their own wealth management business. You will receive coaching from some of the most experienced and respected individuals in the wealth management industry.

In our experience 2 years in this role will fully prepare you to become an Appointed SJP Wealth Adviser.

**Requirements**:

- Part Qualified with a QCF Level 4 Diploma as a minimum
- Deep desire to grow and succeed
- Team player who wants to work with us to continue to build our successful Practice
- Prior experience in a blue-chip banking, professional services, legal or other Financial Services firm would be beneficial. However, if you don't have this, perhaps you can demonstrate previous success in another career, education or a sport?
