We have an exciting opening for a Customer Representative to join our esteemed travel and transport client based in Gourock.

As a Customer Representative, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service within a nurturing work environment that fosters personal and professional advancement.

**Your rate of pay and hours of work**

This role is part-time, requiring 30 hours per week, with an hourly rate of £14.64. Any overtime will be compensated at £22.77 per hour if additional hours are desired.

The shift schedule for this position follows a 6-week rotation, including mornings, day shifts, evenings, and weekends.

**Responsibilities within your new role as Customer Representative**

As a Customer Representative, you will adeptly navigate between different communication channels to efficiently resolve customer queries in a single interaction. Your responsibilities will involve serving B2C customer groups and encompass a diverse range of tasks, such as checking availability, managing allocations and reservations, providing reassurance during disruptions, and offering information about routes along the west coast of Scotland.
