**Art and Design Cover Supervisor needed**

**Position**: Part time Cover Supervisor.

**Location**: Stockton-on-Tees

**Pay**: £85-£100 a day

**Start Date**: Immediate

**Application closing date**: 26/04/24

**_ Key Responsibilities as a Cover Supervisor:_**
- Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour and address any challenges that may arise.
- Complete administrative tasks related to the day’s activities.

**_ Requirements:_**
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Education or Art and Design is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Local to the Teesside area, as this role will take place face-to-face.
- Driver (preferred)
- Experience as a Cover Supervisor is not necessary but is preferred.
- Ability to adapt and manage various classroom environments.
- An up-to-date Safeguarding certificate.
- References that cover a 2-year working period.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
