Deputy Catering Supervisor

Mint People are looking for talented, enthusiastic and passionate Deputy Catering Supervisor to join our team at a Venues in the Llanfairpwllgwyngyll LL61 area

Contract Type: Term Time Permanent/Part Time

Average of 22 hours a week annually. - Term time busier and off for weeks in August and December when site closed.

rate of pay: £11.68

**The Role**

**We have an exciting opportunity to manage our Catering operation.**

If you have experience of working in a catering environment and including the supervision of staff and you are committed to maintaining high standards of service, food quality and hygiene, then this may be the next role for you

If successful, you will manage the catering team including preparing and cooking food to a high standard, providing supervision.

**What we require from you**
- You will be flexible to work hours between 7am-8pm and some weekends
- NVQ level 2 in food preparation/cooking or equivalent experience
- Essential
- Food Safety Level 2 or 3 - Desirable
- A good understanding of allergens and intolerances - Essential
- Core Qualifications in Maths and English - Essential
- A clear understanding of COSHH and HACCP -Essential
- Experience of working in a catering environment and including the supervision of staff - Essential
- Full driving licence - Essential
