We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Classroom Assistant** to join our team. As a **Classroom Assistant**, you will work closely with students with Special Educational Needs providing support and assistance in an educational setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and contribute to their growth and development.

**Duties**:

- Assist the classroom teacher in implementing educational programs for students with autism and special needs
- Provide one-on-one support to students, helping them with daily activities and tasks
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Collaborate with the class teacher and other classroom staff to develop and implement EHC Plans
- Support students in developing social skills, communication skills, and independence
- Assist with classroom management, including behaviour management strategies

**Skills**:

- Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs
- Knowledge of interventions and strategies to implement for SEN children
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with children who may have challenging behaviours or communication difficulties
- Strong organisational skills to assist in preparing materials and maintaining an organised classroom environment
- Ability to take initiative

**Job Types**: Full-time, Graduate

Pay: £425.00-£525.00 per week
