**What you'll be doing**:
Your main role will be to supervise day-to-day operations and staff in the café within Edmiston House - you will oversee a team though some lone working will be required - ensuring a five-star service to all customers and guests to the brand standards of Levy UK and Rangers Football Club.

This will at times extend into matchday hospitality, gigs, conferences, and events leadership - working under and reporting to the Operations Manager.

Assist in the training and development of the café team

Prioritise duties and delegate work to colleagues

Ensure food and drink is prepared and served to our standards

Liaise with guests in a professional, calm and friendly manner

Adhere to all statutory requirements regarding fire, health, safety and hygiene

Ensure food and drink is prepared and served to required health and hygiene standards

Confidently provide options for allergens and other dietary requirements to guests

Working with the management to ensure a smooth-running shift

**Who you are**:
We are looking for a professional, dynamic and organised individual who can work well as part of a team but has the confidence to lead when required - past supervisor experience in a café/restaurant/event setting would be advantageous.
