We are looking for an administrator to join our market leading client in the Scarborough area within their growing purchasing team.

Working within this busy department you will be managing their purchase order tracker excel spreadsheet, checking dates for deliveries and expediting if necessary. Adding all new purchase orders onto the tracker spreadsheet, accurately typing all the correctinformation.

You may be required to manage your own purchasing for website orders such as stationary etc. You may also need to work with the warehouse managers to advise on any delivery queries, as well as supporting the finance department, managing any invoice queries.

That’s why we are looking for someone who is computer literate, specifically with MS Excel and Outlook with a strong attention to detail. Someone who is used to managing their own workload in a busy team as well as being highly organised.

This is a full time position working Monday to Friday 8.00 - 5.00 / 8.30 - 5.30 with an hour for lunch. Car parking is available along with a number of other enhanced benefits.
