**Nr Anstruther & Nr Crail, Fife**

**Hours: 38.5 pw**

**Salary: £22,061 - £25,380 per year **(plus an additional £2,475 - £4,125 on top of salary for sleepovers) Overtime**:£15.58 ph**

We’re looking for experienced Residential Childcare Workers to join our established team near Anstruther and near Crail. We are looking for compassionate, resilient individuals who can help provide the care and continuous encouragement our young people deserve.

- After 6 months you’ll be encouraged to complete your SVQ 3 or HNC or further qualifications

What we expect from you:

- Have previous experience working in a residential setting with young people or adults
- Have flexibility in the roles undertaken
- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm in difficult situations
- Support daily living tasks, activities, medication and accompanying our young people out in the community
- Full driving licence
- Obtained, or willing to work towards HNC / SVQ 3 in Heath & Social or equivalent
