The Hotel Cromwell has a vacancy for a Part time Night Team Member. (Night Porter)

A typical shift would be 11pm to 7am for two or three nights a week which will include weekends.

Main objectives of the Night Team Member position are:

- To be responsible for welcoming guests and ensure the Check in and Checkout procedures are followed smoothly and efficiently.
- Maximise the service opportunities for guests to ensure repeat visits
- Check all doors are locked at the end of the day and clear all obstacles from corridors.
- Check daily conference room set up and requirements and complete as specified for days business needs.
- Responsible for completing night audit for end of day hotel business
- Ensure smooth and informed handover to day time Receptionists

We are looking for someone who has a passion for the industry, confident, and great with guests. Someone who wants to go that extra mile to exceed our customers expectations

Part-time hours: 16 to 24 hours per week which can be discussed at interview
