ARPG Eco Ltd are looking to expand the team with the addition of a surveyor. This role would ideally suit either a graduate in building, surveying, or someone with some knowledge or a background in property.

We are a PAS2030 certified installer who carry out energy efficiency upgrades such as insulation and heating measures, including renewable energy sources, to the homes of qualifying customers around the UK, with the aim to combat fuel poverty for some of the most vulnerable customers as well as working to reduce the overall amount of carbon emissions produced.

We will be putting the surveyor through their qualification to become a fully qualified Retrofit Assessor. They will be shadowing the lead Assessor on surveys to gain on the job training whilst they are completing their qualification.

Once fully qualified as a Retrofit Assessor, you will then take on the following responsibilities:

- Attend pre-booked appointments to domestic properties where you will complete a full survey for customers who have applied to funded energy efficiency home upgrades through schemes such as Eco4 and GBIS.
- Create accurate floor plans to scale.
- Complete an EPR to ascertain energy efficiency of the building.
- Collect photographic evidence for the survey in line with PAS2030 standards.
- Create condition reports.
- Gather qualifying documentation from the customers.
- Liaise with the Retrofit Coordinator on suggested energy efficiency measures for the properties.

To be considered for the role, you must:

- Hold a full, clean UK driving licence
- Pass a DBS check.
- Ideally show some technical knowledge around building structure or energy efficiency measures within domestic properties.
