Caretaker

YSA Education are currently recruiting for a caretaker to start immediately for a school in Smethwick.

Working hours will be 13.30-18.30 Monday - Friday

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general caretaking duties, including cleaning and maintaining the premises
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of all areas, including common areas, restrooms, and offices
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and emptying trash bins
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces as needed
- Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas
- Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in caretaking/site management preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day
