As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will be expected to manage client relationships as it is a key aspect of this job role, involving essential tasks such as running multiple projects - from inception to completion, managing fees, and becoming involvedin a project at any stage of the process and being capable to input ideas with a mínimal briefing. It is vital that you have advanced knowledge of Revit and can positively manage and monitor the financial performance of projects.
The Position: Senior Architectural Technologist - Cardiff
- Lead project teams and manage a small team within the studio.
- Produce and integrate design & production information.
- Developed experience with Revit.
- Instructing recycling, reusing, repair and refurbishment.
- Communicate with a range of internal and external clines - including coordinating with other consultants.
- Monitor financial performance of projects.
- Manage the design process as well as the development of construction projects.
- Write full specifications.
- Able to communicate effectively to the Regional Director.
The salary for this position is £28K to £37.5K (DOE).
