There is a requirement for Integrated Care systems (ICS) to develop and maintain a Dynamic Support Register (DSR). This is to identify people with a learning disability, autism or both who display, or are at risk of developing, behaviour that challenges, and/or mental health conditions who were most likely to be at risk of admission. The DSR Administrator will be expected to be a local champion for autistic people & people with a learning disability (PWLD).

The SEL DSR Administrator role aims to support the borough DSR Leads and local commissioners to ensure the secretariat and administrative functions of the DSR process are well supported. The post holder will also be assisting the SEL Dynamic Support Register (DSR) Improvement Manager in their role to support local areas to deliver the new NHS England DSR policy.

Interviews are scheduled to take place on week commencing 10th July virtually via Microsoft Teams.

The key role for the post holder will be to provide high quality and comprehensive administrative and secretariat support to the local leads, by managing regular data collection processes to provide accurate and timely data the Dynamic Support Registers. In addition to that they will have the remit of leading the secretariat function of local DSR meetings, and providing relevant data for the Professional Meetings,LAEPsand orC(E)TRs.

Importantly, the ICS seeks to be connected to the communities we serve (circa 1.92m residents) and work with the widest possible range of community, voluntary and third sector groups and organisations in each borough. The reach of our NHS provider portfolios extends beyond the borders of the ICS, across London, the south of England and nationally for some services.

- Support local Dynamic Support Register (DSR) Leads and commissioners to deliver, maintain and improve the local all age DSRs striving to achieve same high standard across the respective ICB.
- Lead the maintenance of master data sets by liaising with relevant stakeholders, ensuring: - Accurate, timely, meaningful, and robust quality data is consistently achieved to a high standard.
- Provide secretariat support to local DSR meetings, which include: - Organising dates and attendees sending meeting invites.
- Booking rooms.
- Support the preparation and coordination agendas, papers, rooms, and facilities.
- Take comprehensive notes.
- Chase updates for meeting actions aligned with deadlines
- Support local leads with management of DSR referrals.
- Establish and maintain filing systems to ensure that all information, records, minutes and any other correspondence is maintained confidentially.
- Supporting the SEL DSR Improvement Manager team, and local leads with admin function for activities including planning, progress monitoring, risk and issue management. Support the senior team members to respond to and manage requests for ad hoc reports and data.
