Lifting Coordinator

**Aufgaben**:
Responsible for the coordination of lifting activities - within safety standards and in line with any works instructions.

- To undertake assigned activities under the direction of the Lifting Supervisor / Superintendent
- Ensuring all activities are carried out in a safe manner in adherence to work instructions issued.
- Ensure any challenges are highlighted to senior team members to ensure safe working
- Be enthusiastic & committed to the team’s purpose and share responsibility for performance
- Ensure all work is completed to the appropriate levels of safety, quality & cost
- Producing the deliverables/products to agreed specifications
- To take care of any safety equipment / tools provided and ensure they are used correctly
- Work as part of a team & contribute towards successful communication & positive
- General (All Employees)- Participate in, and positively promote, our core values
- Undertake any reasonable duties expected of you
- Carry out all work in accordance with health and safety and any other legal requirements
- Ensure compliance with the Company policies and procedures
- Manage the performance of all employees assigned to you in accordance with legislation and Company procedures
- Attend and engage fully in any learning and development activities that are deemed appropriate by your line management
- Participate and engage fully in Company appraisal/performance review processes and constantly work to improve your individual, your team and the wider group’s performance

**Qualifikationen**:
CPCS Card - Appointed Person (Lifting Operations)
CSCS Gold card - Supervisor
SSSTS Trained
Safety Critical Medical

Advanced experience of tunnelling projects
Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills are necessary for this role.
