This is an exciting opportunity for someone with supervision / leadership experience in administration to join our admin management team. We are looking for an Admin Team Lead to manage our Tier 4, Crisis and Home Treatment Admin Teams which comprise of 13 administrative staff at the Darwin Centre, the Croft Child and Family Unit, the Phoenix Centre and the Crisis / Home Treatment Team in Fulbourn, Cambridge and at Kingfisher House, Huntingdon.

Your role will be to operationally support the admin team on a day-to-day basis and to provide professional admin support to a Modern Matron and Deputy General Manager. We’re looking for someone who will help us continue to change things for the better with the children, young people and families we work with.

You will also provide support as required to the wider admin hub to assist the growth and development of the admin services in the Children, Young People and Families Directorate. The Admin hub is a team where nothing’s too much trouble. Where you’ll feel empowered, listened to, valued and where we’ll support you to bring your best self to work every day.

You will possess leadership and supervision experience with a desire to support and develop staff, with strong communication and organisation skills, and a flexible approach. You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment and be comfortable prioritising and managing a varied workload. You will need to be confident in managing change and must be proficient working with Microsoft Excel/ Word and PowerPoint and be confident to provide first line support for basic I.T. issues.

We will provide the necessary support to ensure development within the role. We are keen to support and develop our staff through a clear career pathway and encourage promotional opportunities within the Trust.

- The post holder will support service and team managers by implementing guidelines and protocols for administration services, setting up and developing systems, processes and procedures to support the efficient and effective management of resources against agreed financial and activity targets.
- The post holder will assist the Directorates Operational Administration Manager to monitor and report on quality, productivity, financial, waiting time, access and CQUIN targets, standards and performance indicators.
