**Responsibilities**:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently on a day to day basis
- Manage and organise office files, documents, and records
- Scheduling appointments and keeping our calendars up to date
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for the team
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
We provided on the job training to ensure you feel confident with our role and the day to day tasks.
**Salary**: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
