Then join the University of East London as a Complaints and Appeals Administrator.

The University of East London has an exciting opportunity for a vigilant Complaints and Appeals Administrator to join our dynamic team. This permanent position is well suited for an individual who is confident in providing administrative support and has a desire in handling casework.

Based within the Governance, Legal Services and Compliance service, you will work closely with the Head of Complaints, Appeals and Investigations, students, staff and relevant external organisations. You will also be responsible for providing training and guidance on the use of new template documents to staff concerning quality assurance systems and procedures relating to both taught and research degree programmes.
