A leading Financial Services company based in Suffolk are searching for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their growing team.
**Your new role**
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll own top-of-funnel lead generation and web customer acquisition efforts across paid media and digital outreach. You'll play a key role in driving the business growth and will work collaboratively to transform the ownedand earned media into conversion channels. Alongside tackling day-to-day business challenges, you'll be comfortable setting strategies and managing campaigns. Responsibilities will include:

- Digital strategy: working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to take the lead in digital marketing strategy. To build, deliver and refine the agreed strategy, managing key internal and external relationships.
- Paid media management: lead strategy and implementation of paid digital channels such as PPC, display, paid social, and affiliates. Continually analyze channel performance to discover opportunities to improve ROI.
- Outbound campaign management: build sophisticated outbound campaigns with multiple touchpoints across different mediums to increase awareness of the brand and generate qualified leads.
- SEO: work with team members and external agencies to improve SERP rankings. Stay current with the latest techniques, algorithm updates, and competitor movements, and propose new strategies.
- Conversion rate optimization: own the conversion rate metric across the business and ensure the weekly and monthly conversion rate target is met. Track and interpret applicant behaviour, working closely with the customer success manager to test new tactics.
- Marketing automation and lead nurturing: use behavioural insights to develop automated, rule-based retention marketing campaigns to reduce customer churn.
- Forecasting: support the CMO with the forecasting of quarterly lead generation targets
- Budget management: track marketing campaign ROI and control the allocation of marketing spend based on past performance, adjusting planned budget allocation in line with results and sales objectives.
- Lead management: track lead lifecycle and conversion rates from enquiry to outcome.
- Actionable reporting: create monthly activity reports containing suitable recommendations and a clear performance summary against key performance indicators and metrics.
- Relationship management: build and maintain third-party lead channel relationships.

**What you'll need to succeed**
It is key that you have prior Digital Marketing & Campaign Management experience with an understanding of effective website performance, CRO, SEO, digital advertising, social media, content creation and delivery.
You will be proficient in managing and interpreting data for budgeting, reporting, analysis, troubleshooting and optimisation.
B2B experience would be ideal, but you must have experience working with CRM systems, as well as planning and optimising paid media campaigns across search and social channels.
You will be a self-motivated and analytically-minded individual.
