Job Introduction
Do you have responsibilities that mean you can only work in Schools hours? Do you need a role where you are off over the school holidays? If so, we'd love you to join our team as an **General Catering Assistant** at Sodexo at our **BRAND NEW **school in** Beaconsfield.**

This role sits within our school’s division - catering for students. Dedicated to providing high-quality, nutritious, fresh, and sustainable food for our younger generation, we're fully committed to supporting a healthy diet. **What you’ll do**:

- Assist with preparation & serving of food as required, during mealtimes, serve and restock food from counters.
- Setup and clean dining area and equipment for service.
- Deliver exceptionally high standards in customer service, cleanliness, tidiness, and other operational activity.
- You will adhere to all company compliance (such as Food safety, Health and Safety, Allergen awareness, COSHH and HACCP regulations).
- To complete due diligence paperwork as required by the company: Food Safety, Health & Safety processes, and policies.
- Completion of all mandatory training including updates as stipulated by the business.
- To Safeguard and promote the welfare of pupils, customers, and colleagues at all times.
- Please note there may be some driving involved with this position.

**What you bring**:

- First class communication skills, strong teamwork, and a positive attitude.
- Ideally experience in a similar environment or a capacity to learn.
- Basic food preparation experience is a plus (all training provided).
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines in a busy Kitchen environment
