As a Breakfast Host, you’ll be a face of the hotel, so we want you to bring your warm and friendly personality to work with you every day. Take a deep breath because you’ll be stepping into a busy role You’ll be working as part of a vibrant team to deliver first-class hospitality to our guests in the hotel’s restaurant and bar.

**If you’re our ideal Breakfast Host, you will**:

- Be yourself
- Share your positive energy with guests and your team
- Meet and greet guests upon arrival
- Manage reservations and table allocations
- Ensure all dietary requirements are noted down and make recommendations accordingly
- Ensure that guests have a great experience in our restaurant and bar, and are leaving with a desire to come back again
- Have a can-do attitude
- Be confident in speaking with guests and the team - we love building a good rapport

**About Leonardo Boutique Hotel Simpson Townhouse - Edinburgh**:
This modern hotel set in a grand stone building is a 13-minute walk from Edinburgh Castle, a 15-minute walk from the University of Edinburgh, and 1 mile from Waverley train station. Straightforward rooms feature pops of colour and come with free Wi-Fi, TVs, and tea and coffeemaking equipment. Family rooms add space and pull-out sofas.
A restaurant offers breakfast (surcharge) and dinner, including Scottish and international dishes. Discounted parking is available.
