Recruitment Engagement Officer

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team. The successful person will assist the Care Operations Manager & Care Co-ordinator in the continued delivery of quality care to all clients by offering a business recruitment solution as part of the Care Management team.
Requirements of the role:
- Work in partnership with Management to identify recruitment needs
- Uphold an equal opportunity and anti-discrimination practice
- Take ownership of marketing including social media posts etc and promote a professional image of the company at every opportunity.
- Arranging training and shadowing for new starters and provide and facilitate in-field training as and when appropriate for existing carers. Identifying any additional training needs of Care staff and encourage and identify opportunities for their continuing professional development, ensuring best practice is rolled out across the team.
- Making up of new carer files, filing and ensuring the filing system is kept in order
- Organising staff spot checks, supervisions and probations to ensure continual carer compliance, including support to the senior carers.
- Maintain and develop business opportunities by building relationships and trust and promoting the service we provide.
- When necessary assist/cover other members of the team while on holiday/sick leave.
- Rolling out team meetings with the group of Care staff to build a strong team.
- Take part in the on-call rota and provide cover within the team and work flexibly within the needs of the business which is essential.
**Skills**:
- Be able to coordinate and participate in job fairs, networking events, and other employer engagement activities
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employers and job seekers
- Strong negotiation skills to secure employment opportunities for Betamindes
- Knowledge of market trends and care industry requirements
- Proficiency in using online job boards and social media platforms for recruitment purposes
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organisational skills to maintain accurate records of employer interactions.
**Essential**
- Experience in care provision at a level that reflects the responsibilities of the post applied for.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Computer literate.
- Understanding of legislation concerned with care provision.
- Administrative experience.
- Have a full, clean driving license and access to own vehicle.
The hours for this role is 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
