We have an opportunity for a **Workshop Leading Hand/Charge Hand** or **Supervisor** to assist in the supervision of all workshop operations within our Horsham based workshop.
Your responsibilities will be to liaise with the Workshop Coordinator to plan the day to day running of a busy construction/heavy machinery/plant workshop. Carry out repairs and service work on Volvo construction equipment and be involved with machine inspections and quotations, along with helping to maintain workshop facilities and tooling.

To thrive in this position, you will have good people management skills, hold an NVQ Level 3 in Plant, HGV or Agriculture, have relevant experience in the repair and maintenance of heavy construction plant machinery, including proven technical competence on diesel engines, transmissions, drive lines, hydraulics, and electronics, with the ability to organise your workload and that of others.
