We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and committed person to provide the appropriate level of custodial service and maintenance throughout the premises.
- To ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, security of the premises and the contents.
- To complete minor maintenance tasks, participating in alterations, repairs and improvements as directed by the Headteacher.
- Arranging access to the site/building for contractors and lettings, frequently outside school hours.
- To supervise the team of cleaners and maintain the cleaning of the premises to the standard required.
- To complete paperwork as required and attend training as requested

This post is a permanent position, working 27.50 hours per week over five days, 52 weeks per year.
