We are currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to join Trutex, one of the leading brands in school uniform and school sportswear. This is a varied role which includes purchase invoice processing, and KPI reporting.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily, Weekly & Monthly KPI Reporting
- Standard stock cost maintenance
- Processing of purchase ledger invoices, including variance allocation
- Bank payment set up
- Assisting with the completion of month-end accounts
- Ad-hoc projects and provide general support to the Finance team

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience of working in a busy Finance department is advantageous but not essential
- Strong excel skills (Tested at first interview stage) and IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to organise workload and prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Educated to A level maths or equivalent would be advantageous

**BENEFITS**:

- Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9.00 am -5.00 pm and Friday 9.00 am - 3.00 pm
