**JOB SUMMARY**
Calero MDSL, the leading technology expense management solution for complex enterprises, is looking for a Customer Service Representative in their UK locations. Reporting to the Mobility Support Manager, you will support our corporate customers end-users to process their requests for mobile services directly with vendors across the world. In addition, you will provide 1st, and where necessary, 2nd line support to our customer’s end-users for support on the mobile device.

**This position is ideal for a customer focused individual that has a great attention to detail and wants to develop their career in a fast paced work environment.**

**ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITES**
- Provide 1st line support, ensure customers tickets are answered and processed within SLA
- Resolve incidents and tickets
- Update ticketing systems
- Maintain a high quality of service
- Partner with the Service Operations Team

**EXPERIENCE**
- Mobile Device and Service Support experience desired
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel and Outlook)

**SKILLS**
- Attention to detail
- Agility to fast paced environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
