**Responsibilities**:
Residential and Commercial Installations: Conduct professional solar PV installations at residential and commercial properties, ensuring top-quality workmanship.

Electrical Connections: Perform electrical connections and configure solar panel systems for optimal energy generation.

Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct regular maintenance checks on existing solar PV systems and handle necessary repairs to ensure peak performance.

Quality Assurance: Adhere to industry standards and safety regulations, delivering installations of the highest quality.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and ensuring a positive installation experience.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our engineering team and project managers to ensure smooth coordination and timely project completion.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including reports, service logs, and customer feedback.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest solar PV technology advancements and industry best practices to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:
Experience: Proven experience in solar PV installations or a related field is highly desirable.

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical connections, and system configurations.

Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications, such as Solar PV Installer certifications, is an advantage.

Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capacity to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues.

Safety Consciousness: Prioritize safety in all installations, adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Customer-Focused: Display exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive and professional interaction with clients.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to varying project requirements and work effectively as part of a team.
