About the role_**
- To assist in the setting up of the examination room(s).
- To maintain security and confidentiality, ensuring that they do not discuss examinations which have been held at the Academy.
- To assist in the opening and distributing of examination papers.
- This role is on a casual basis during exam seasons.

**About Havelock Academy**

Located in the town of Grimsby, Lincolnshire, Havelock Academy is a co-educational secondary school. Havelock has around 1000 pupils aged 11-18, making it slightly larger than the average secondary school. The school has an economically diverse catchment area, a fact reflected in its student intake. Originally known as Havelock school, it was established in the 1960s, adopting its current name in 2007 upon its conversion to an academy. The school is part of the David Ross Education Trust, a multi-academy trust responsible for a large number of schools across the Midlands and the north of England.
