- This position also involves attending Distributor design reviews and presenting directly to customers when needed via Teams and face to face meetings. You will report to the UK FAE Manager and be expected to report Design-in status of top opps on a regular basis. You will be measured predominantly on design starts, design wins and design win billings. This position is based in Marlow, covering customers in UK and Ireland.

**Profile**:

- You must have excellent communication (written and verbal) skills as well as good practical knowledge of Hardware Design and development flow as well as a good commercial understanding. You should be comfortable and confident to build successful long term customer relationships, the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. You should be proficient and comfortable at presenting to small groups of Distributor FAE's, sales staff and Customer Engineering teams along with being results driven, self motivated and able to work on your own.
