Admin Apprentice

We have a brilliant new role at Boston Energy who are looking to take on an Admin Apprentice to join their growing team.* In this role, you will be the first point of contact for incoming calls, welcoming and greeting any visitors. You will also get the opportunity to get involved in logistics and operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answering telephone - always the first point of contact for any incoming call (if possible.)
- Answering the door/intercom.
- Welcoming visitors and making drinks.
- Taking and signing for deliveries.
- Organising courier services.
- Dealing with incoming queries, troubleshooting for Technicians/Engineers.
- Database maintenance, uploading certification and general personal data upkeep.
- Assist with organising logistics, such as travel, accommodation, hire cars etc.
- Process technician expenses.
- Compliance and verification of certificates.
- Assist with arranging training courses/medical appointments for technicians.
- Keeping work area(s) organised and tidy.
- General duties e.g. dealing with day-to-day post, ordering stationery supplies, monitoring kitchen stock.
- Opening/locking up, running errands as necessary.
- Assist with ad hoc duties.
- Notes and meeting minutes as required.

Pay: From £11,648.00 per year
