We have an exciting opportunity due to Maternity Leave within our team and we are looking for a Band 4 Admin Team Coordinator FTC / Sec for 6 months, 37.5hrs per week.

This opportunity is within the Admin Support Services, Children's AHP. Team

We have an exciting opportunity due to maternity Leave within our team and we are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic individual to line manage admin staff. You will need to be self-motivated with excellent communication and organisational skills. The post holder will need to provide oversight to the roles of the administrative staff in the provision of a comprehensive administration & data co-ordination support service and supporting the Senior Admin Lead within the Admin Support Services, Children's AHP Team.

You will be acutely aware of maintaining confidentiality and you need to be used to managing priorities on a daily basis, working closing with Clinical staff and Leads as well as line managing admin staff. We are looking for individuals with a positive approach to change who are supportive of service improvements.

The role is pivotal in line managing admin support across the site; therefore it is essential you have previous experience line managing staff and you also need to be competent in delivering advice and support to staff; however training will be provided. You will be expected to use your own initiative and able to work unsupervised, undertaking specific project work as necessary. You will be expected to plan and manage a range of complex duties, organise own work and that of others to meet deadlines and respond professionally to enquiries both internally and externally to the organisation.

You must be able to build effective working relationships with the relevant operation leads and wider management, be approachable and accessible to support the Senior Admin Lead in terms of effective management/use of admin support, buildings and the provision of services from them.
