Purchase Ledger Supervisor

Transaction Recruitment are supporting our Birmingham city centre based client in their search for an experienced Purchase Ledger Supervisor to join them on a permanent basis. My client is looking for a leader with the ability to motivate a team during this exciting period of growth for the business. This position offers hybrid working after a short period of training.
Daily duties and experience required includes:
- Supervising team members and motivating colleagues to achieve their potential through one to ones and appraisals
- Working in a fast paced large company environment
- Statement reconciliations
- Processing payments
- Compiling reports for senior management
- Resolving escalated queries
