Role Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Global Accounting Shared Services Team based at our office in Stapeley, Nantwich.

Please see this is a temporary position for 6 months contract.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Allocating payments received to customer accounts.
- Assist in bank reconciliations for a large number of bank accounts.
- Processing of payment via online banking systems and cheques.
- Assist in the administration of company credit cards.
- Assist senior cashier with other banking and cash tasks as required to meet reporting requirements.
- Respond to and support with banking quires from the accounting team and wider business.
- Contribute to global process improvement and harmonisation.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience of working in treasury or finance department advantages
- Be willing to learn and adapt skills and knowledge appropriate to role
- Pay high attention to detail when carrying out tasks
- Positive, proactive with a hands-on attitude to work
- Possess excellent communication, organisation and prioritisation skills
- IT skills would be advantageous (with previous experience of Microsoft, Barclays and D365 advantageous)
- Reliable and accountable for their actions
