Our client is a global/ innovative technology leader with experience specialising in SAP SuccessFactors implementations across Europe. They are going through significant growth

This role is a running/ leading/ training and developing the SAP SuccessFactors implementation team, specifically the Payroll modules team. The Payroll Lead will be responsible for preparation and execution of payroll related client workshops. In their role,they are able to manage, lead & mentor other consultants.

**Key aspects include**:
Provide functional and technical advice to clients on SuccessFactors design on HCM / HR Payroll.

Manage and mentor/ train the payroll implementation team

Provide strategic advice

**Ideal previous experience**:

- SAP SuccessFactors Payroll experience
- UK and Irish Payroll knowledge
- Strong Functional knowledge of HR & Payroll processes for the above countries
- End to End Payroll implementations experience
- Stakeholder management experience
- Experience leading and driving projects as a Team Lead
