**EL/ PL Solicitor/Fee Earner - Vacancy | Altrincham**
A highly regarded LEXCEL accredited practice in Altrincham are currently seeking a 2yr PQE or qualified by experience EL/PL Solicitor/Fee Earner to join the EL / PL team on a permanent basis.
**Role**
Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for a mixed caseload of EL/PL/ and out of portal RTA files which are both litigated and no litigated cases.
It is a great opportunity to progress your career into EL/PL. The firm is based close to a railway station and easily accessible by road.
- Manage own case load of EL / PL/OL efficiently.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, alongside strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to draft court documents, Instruct counsel for liability and quantum.
- You will need to have great technical knowledge and client care skills.
- Able to work Independently.
- Investigate liability / assessing quantum.
- Drafting court documents where appropriate
- Court proceedings/compliance with pre-action protocols
- Liaison with Counsel / Instructions to Counsel
- Negotiating settlements
- Timely and accurate maintenance of all case management, billing, and management information systems
- Allocation of funds to appropriate client account
