Airbnb Cleaner

As an Airbnb Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our rental properties. You will play a vital part in delivering exceptional guest experiences by preparing the accommodations before their arrival and ensuring they are immaculate upon departure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Thoroughly clean and prepare the rental property before the guests' arrival, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and kitchen.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other essentials to provide a fresh and comfortable experience for each guest.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all amenities are in working order and that the property meets our cleanliness standards.
- Stock and replenish supplies, such as toiletries and cleaning products, to ensure the property is well-equipped for each guest's stay.
- Address guests' special requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Perform post-stay cleaning to prepare the property for the next guests.
- Communicate effectively with the property management team regarding any maintenance or supply needs.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and fellow team members.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred, but not mandatory.
- **Driver licence and access to vehicle required.**
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure all properties are prepared on time.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanour.
- Physically fit to handle cleaning tasks and lift/move objects when necessary.

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £11.44 per hour
