**Temporary role**

**£700.00 - £1500.00, weekly**

For this role you will need to be flexible in working in various locations within this area.

This is a full-time but temporary position & the work is expected to be for a rolling monthly contract which we expect to be circa 6 months. All work is done on Price work and the salary above is the expected weekly pay.

Ideally you would be able to start as soon as possible but our client may be able to wait if you already have a notice period.

Our client is a national contractor that specialise in the refurbishments of MOD, Local Authority, Education, Rail and Historical Buildings. The main duties would include kitchen and bathroom re-fits along with other aspects of minor plumbing and joinery.

**Key Responsibilities & Requirements**:

- 1st & 2nd Fix Joinery & Plumbing Skills are essential
- Kitchen installations
- Tiling skills preferred
- Repairing and maintaining doors, door frames, windows etc
- Positive attitude and an ability to attempt all works

**Other Information**:
8 Hours a day, Monday to Friday.

ASAP Start date

Van & IPAD provided.
