Role requirements:
Excellent telephone manner

Computer literate with Word and Excel

Process customer orders

Ensuring all plant records are kept up to date

Day to day running of a hire office

General Admin duties

Organising transport

Being able to multitask

The role involves direct communication with the depot manager to ensure customers machine requirements are available on the dates required for hire.

Additional training will be given to the successful applicant

Annual holiday entitlement 21 + 8 Bank holidays

Company pension scheme

Working hours are 08.00 -17.30 Monday to Friday

Competitive Salary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
