Recruitment Resourcer/administration Assistant

Driver Hire Edinburgh West are currently recruiting a Recruitment Resourcer/Administration Assistant to join our busy, friendly & fun team. We are office based in South Gyle and very much believe in "fun at work". Hard work is balanced with an upbeat work environment.
You will be involved in various aspects of recruitment administration such as writing and placing online job adverts, CV screening, telephone interviews, face to face interviewing and reference checking to audit standards.
You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, therefore excellent organisational & time management skills are essential.
Day to day office administration duties will feature in your role: filing, scanning, photocopying, reception duties, data input & cleansing...
Full training will be provided covering recruitment legislation, Driver Hire's in house IT system and transport related legislation. This will be "on the job" training and "shadowing" of colleagues. We also have bespoke Driver Hire Academy Modules which provide ongoing training support.
Hours of work are 9am - 5pm - office based.
This is an entry level role into the recruitment industry with opportunities for learning and progression. Ideal for someone looking to start or change career.
