**Job Title**:Business Support Professional

**Location**:Warton

**Salary**:Circa £26,000 - £28,000 dependant on experience

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Provide general administrative support across all teams within BAE Systems Corporate Air Travel department, including flight operations, ground crew, engineering, cargo operations, safety and compliance.
- Process complex and variable documents from a range of sources and in accordance with existing procedures and department requirements
- Communicate in an efficient and professional manner, to internal and external stakeholders. Liaise with stakeholders, colleagues, other internal teams, customers to resolve queries, escalating where appropriate
- Analyse, collate, and format data from a number of sources in order to produce reports, schedules, and summaries where required
- Understand the need to engage with senior management as and when appropriate in order to report, obtain authorisation, highlight and escalate issues
- Requires an in-depth knowledge of departmental procedures and processes in order that work is produced to the required quality

**Your skills and experiences**:
**Essential**:

- Have considerable experience of working in an administrative environment/business support function.
- Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and be comfortable operating IT System
- Be able to understand and operate in accordance with clearly defined operational processes.
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of a range of work routines, procedures, and systems across a discipline
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to solve problems, and work independently when required
- Flexible and ability to prioritise workload with attention to detail
