Relief Bar Steward

**4th Glamorgan Homeguard Social club is looking for a full time ** Relief Steward **to join our team in the **Cardiff **area**

**51 Hours per week including weekends.**

**You will report to the Senior Steward and Management Committee, during your employment the majority of the time you will be unsupervised, you will need to be able to manage a team of bar staff and any other associated staff.**

**You will be expected to motivate and direct the work force to ensure high levels of productivity are met, whilst working along side the management committee to ensure the club is run in a cost effective and profitable manner.**

**A good understanding of running a cellar is required ie changing gas, barrels and managing stock levels.**

**Other duties will include but are not limited to the following**:

- **Book Keeping**:

- **Placing orders for stock**:

- **Cashing up at the end of the night**:

- **knowledge of CCTV operations**:

- **Banking weekly takings**:

- **Rota planning**:

- **Key Holder ( alarm call out )**

**Salary**: £11.48 per hour

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 1 year (required)

**Language**:
