Key Responsibilities of a Marketing Coordinator
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organising files, and other tasks as needed.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketing activities
- Job Board Management: Manage and update job boards, ensuring that they are used effectively to attract and retain top talent.
- Marketing ROI Analysis: Analyse the return on investment for marketing activities, providing regular reports and making recommendations for improvement.
Key Competencies of a Marketing Coordinator
- Strong organisational skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyse data and provide insights into marketing ROI and performance.
- Marketing experience: Understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with experience in campaign management and job board management preferred but not essential.
- Administrative experience: Strong administrative skills, including the ability to manage calendars, schedule meetings, and perform other tasks as needed.
- Attention to detail: Ability to accurately complete tasks and ensure that all data is correct and up-to-date.
- Experience in a marketing or administrative role, ideally within the recruitment industry but not essential.
