This is an exciting opportunity for a Trainee to join a welcoming and supportive Team of Energy Technologists and Consultants in one of the most exciting and rapidly growing industries.

**The Role**:

- The simulation of surveys completed by our field-based consultants to help determine energy efficiency of buildings using 3D modelling software
- The simulation of energy saving technologies and concepts to understand how a building can be improved
- The provision of technical advice to clients in relation to energy reduction & saving findings
- Working closely with colleagues across the business to deliver for the customer
- Identifying new research/products that could be used in energy reduction audits
- Working in project teams to complete detailed assessments of complex buildings

**Daily Activities**
- To work logically or on a priority basis to process energy certificates/reports exceeding £1700 total value with adherence to customer SLA
- Ensure accuracy when completing and lodging reports, keeping in mind client specific requirements
- Answer incoming enquires in a timely manner
- Update internal databases to reflect completed processes or to log important information
- Raise issues found with the relevant persons in a timely manner
- Liaise with colleagues to request any additional information required to complete tasks
- Store completed work responsibly in case of future audits
- Monitor Pipelines to ensure that work moves through from survey to completion
- Ensure supplier quality and adherence to 24-hour SLA and produce reports to raise issues with relevant contact
- Monitor EPCs completed but not issued to ensure work is delivered within 6-month cut-off period
- Immediately escalate issues to account managers where required
- Provide insight into process improvements and people performance
- Provide excellent customer service at all times

Pay: £16,770.00-£22,308.00 per year
