About the Role
Reporting to the Salesforce Team Lead, this role will work as part of the team dedicated to ensuring that the company is maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system based on the various user group needs.
The role holder will provide support to internal users across all departments, troubleshoot and resolve queries, develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards, and create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, profiles and page layouts.
The role holder will also be responsible for user administration, completing bulk imports/updates of data, developing training plans and materials, delivering training and communication to business users and monitoring and driving adoption.
The role holder will be working with senior members of the team to gather, analyse and review business, functional and technical requirements, develop and maintain validation rules, custom workflows, process builders and flows and will be expected to assist the team on projects arising.
The role holder will also be responsible for the testing of new functionality and customisation, keep abreast of new releases and developments in Salesforce and AppExchange, rollout and train users on relevant new features as they are released (primarily using a “train the trainer” approach), and maintain overall health of system to ensure it is fit for purpose for all stakeholders.
About You
You will be an experienced Salesforce professional with good knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Salesforce Experiences and support of the product in both Classic and Lightning versions.
You will have excellent analytical and communication skills, be able to interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs to administer and enhance the system accordingly and be able to work in a team or individually.
You will preferably hold the Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201 or ADM211) and have worked with middleware products such as Jitterbit or MuleSoft.
Essential Experience
- Sales Cloud & Service Cloud Experience.
- Strong understanding of data models and data mapping.
- Excellent Analytical and design skill.
- Salesforce support in a medium to large enterprise
Desired Experience
- Marketing Cloud knowledge
- Salesforce Einstein
- Flow Builder
- Visualforce and Apex programming language.
- Experience in Designing, Developing and Deploying Lightning Applications and Components.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs as well as other integration specialities
- Experience with migration from VF to Lightning, Lightning Components, Lightning Controllers, Lightning developer
- Middleware product experience; Jitterbit preferably (or similar)
- Engaging interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team or individually.
- Salesforce Certifications desired (Administrator, Developer, Marketing Cloud)
