- Job description- The Environment Agency, protect and improve the environment. We are the Regulatory industry Department, a team of specialists who regulated Waste Sites, large industrial sites and work with partners to investigate and tackle waste crime, across Wessex.

Responding to incidents is a central part of what we do. You will be required to have an incident role and make yourself available to respond to incidents or provide business continuity support during an incident. This may attract an additional payment and full training and alternative working arrangements will be available to support you with your incident role.

- Experience/skills required
- Excellent organisational skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure and prioritise activities to make effective use of time and meet deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present information in a clear, comprehensible style and format.
- A flexible approach, knowing when to refer to colleagues for guidance and support.
- Good customer focus with the ability to establish effective working relationships with colleagues, customers and partners.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office suite.
